mmm another dropped domain selling PR earned by the previous owner which will be lost at the next Google PR toolbar update.

 

No offence to the directory owner but How awkward!! Every second directory offering free links on DP is a dropped domain !!

ITS NOT A dropped domain! A dropped domain is a domain that becomes available for public registration after it has expired. Or in other words, its "creation date" resets to the date when you register it.

And if you see this domain name, hten its creation date is still 2005!!

 

Oh not a dropped domain? Okay, a newly registered domain whose pagerank is indicative of old links. If those links stay, your PR will stay, if not, you'll be back to PR0. You aren't associated with blogs.worldbank.org, are you? That's what I thought. Your site is how it is right now because of old old old links, obviously your site isn't associated with the "Lambusango Forest project" and all links to your site will eventually disappear.

 

It's a domain name you acquired during the RGP while it was pending delete which is reflected by the registration "Updated" date:

Created:2005-09-21
Expires:2010-09-21
Updated:2009-11-03

It's a domain name that was not renewed by the owner for whatever reason and you acquired it after the registration expired. It does not show a new creation date as it was transferred during the redemption grace period.

In other words, you bought an expired domain with existing PageRank prior to it being deleted and becoming available for re-registration.

 

There nice directory and good strong domain! Also if you can build better one just build and submit this section...
