where to get shirts done for a simple price?

I want a simple shirt created for my arcade wich contains:

my site logo (with two colors)

my site url in one of the logo colors

my site slogan in the other logo color

and a couple of small words at the top..

its basically to start promoting my arcade again..

I don't want to take a big risk, so I need a $100 or $200 minimum shirt company, anyone know of any good ones?

If you really want to do it the low cost way, goto Office Depot and pick up a pack of blank T-Shirt iron-ons and make up your own design and print them yourself. You can get a pack of ten sheets for about ten bucks.

Do you know how I can create them? Are the tools expensive?

I checked out CafePress.com and definitely bookmarked it, I will probably open up a shop with them, sounds like a nice idea.

The only problem is the prices, a shirt costs $13.99!

    Yeah, why?

Custom Ink seems cool. I am going to give them a try soon. They have a cool t-shirt builder online where you can upload your logo and see how it looks on a tshirt

If you already have the design for the shirt you just load it into a paint progam and print it out with any ink-jet printer and then cut out your design and iron it on to a t-shirt.

We do manufacture custom t-shirts, and promotional products. We have reasonable prices, but our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces (for t-shirts). We mostly manufacture for large campaigns and companies. I can do a favor for DP members, and offer less quantities.

Please pm me for further information.

That site looks a lot better than CafePress.com! I was about to pay them a premium fee to, oh well not anymore (for the store) :)

    Thanks!

I got compressed and beefy-T so it was a bit more in price and I also had to order 1,000

BUT if you just get there normal 2.95 shirts then I dont know if there is a quantity. Call them and tell them shoemoney sent you and I said "dr smooth" will hook you up.... seriously.

ohh and if that doesnt work for you let me know I have a place in minnisota that i normally use but I REALLY wanted the compressed shirts so thats why i went with these guys from 295

I ended up going with Abbot Wear for my shirts. For the small quantity I ordered (4 dozen to start) they beat everyone's price at $7.15 per shirt. they are 100% cotton with 4 color print. If you call, ask for Tammi, she was very helpful.

I know you said custom designs are too much work, but if you make the design on a 8.5 x 11 inch design in PS at 300 DPI, you can easily print it out and just use a pencil to make four corner edges where the edge would go so it is perfectly in line, and you do it on a needed basis. You can probably buy the shirts for $6 each, and its about $1/special print paper. I don't think it is that hard.
