How do i know?

hello i have just recently created a forum. but i dont know if it has good SEO how do i find this out?

Most forums suck for SEO. That just seems to be the way of life for the time being. You should start a blog and point to the important forum threads often.

if this is your money making forum in the signature, then i dont understant why you are directing each of your forum categoties and all other content to a different domain and opening in the frame under the same domain. very poor practice and not credible at all. URLs that you are redirecting are not seo friendly either
