Do These Things Affect Blog PR?

    Hi, I want to know whether these things really have an effect on Blog PR:

    1. The age of a blog.
    2. Number of content/post
    3. Backlink to other page in blog besides the main page, i.e www.mainpage.com/story.html

    I asked this because recently couple of my blogs have been promoted to PR2, while I never did a link exchange or bought blogroll for them. I only keep writing an article and submitted it in article directory (digg, folkd, reddit, etc). My blogs is about 3-4 months old.

    All the above mentioned factors help you to gain pr but I think pr is not really very important if you want to gain quality traffic. If you want traffic then try to gain good SERP in major search engines.

    Yes all effect on Blog page rank. Blog page rank is based on the number of inbound links to your blog and they also considered the content and post on your blog

    All the above factors does have an influence on your pr but it is not much considered as link quality and quantity. Many just born blogs can come up to pr 2.
