    So regarding the link in my sig, I am unable to crack 175 in SERPS for the keyword "fishing shirts" yet I am ranking top 5 for some related (and competitive) keywords on inner pages.

    Did I use the keyword too many times on the page or is that typical sandbox behavior?

    Google remove sandbox ................you have good plan and you should no do too much keywords stuffing.
