First two ads (link unit and leaderboard are great.

The cars draw your eyes right to the ads and they look great.

    Well done!

remove the current link unit you have, place a horizontal one at the top of your menu on the left, and change the menu titles (in red) to black, try to blend the link unit in as a menu :)

since you already have a good CTR so i would advice you not to change too much too soon, do it one change at a time and if you see some negative effect then undo the changes.

now since you are using images i would suggest you to get it varified by google adsense team because they insist on having a visible border wherever images are concerned.

also i don't think adlinks would be that effective over there. have you tried moving it to left side bar.

try moving large rectangle to top fold.

of course there is no single perfect ad placement so its best you experiment on it, do let us know how things work out.

    good luck.

ps: are you from india? :)

I will experiment with the link unit sounds like a good idea. I best put some borders around the images too.
    cheers

I have moved the ad-unit on the home-page. How do I get the blue links to indent slightly so its looks more like the link unit?
