    Im selling off my forum which has just been updated to PR1

    Comes with both .com and .co.uk extnensions both of which have about 20months left.

    I dont really advertise the forum or work on it anymore so traffic has dropped considerably in the last month or so however organic traffic has started going up as we now have 674 indexed pages

    Last 30 day stats:

    2449 Hits
    12619 Pageviews
    Bounce Rate 47.98%
    69.50% New visits

    Site used to make a steady £4-£5 per day with 5mins free advertising, however i now have other sites that i manage and dont really have the time for this though am happy to share techniques used.

    Revenue for last 30days has been minimal as there has been no advertising done though has still made £30...

    all revenue is generated through free signups, mostly with aff window, and a few other companies of which info will be passed along.

    The forum is a phpbb forum with an arcade portal added. The arcade currently only has about 60 games installed though there are 0000's available to install through the ACP.

    There are some other modifications to the forum as well, biggest one being the chat box at the top.

    Most traffic is UK based with USA being second.

    Hosting will be paid for until the end of november

    Ive already said what the price is, considering it makes a consistent £4-£5 with 5mins free advertising PER DAY i think $300 is fair as its one months revenue

    I certainly do otherwise id appear a bit stupid lol

    As for the PER DAY, its up to you how much you advertise and how much you dont. The site gets about 800-900 organic hits per month through google, with 5mins advertising (free) it gets more than that in one day, and as such earns between £4-£5
