    Hello DP'ers,
I'm going to host a part of my proxies over at LaceHost.Com, do you guys have experience with them? I'm talking about their proxy hosting service only.

Thanks in advance of someone could post their honest review about them;)

I've been with them from 3months now and extremely satisfied with them.

Never had any downtime, good server speed, excellent support (most of the times I was able to have live chat instead of leaving a support ticket), value for money. I suppose thats all what we expect from a good proxy host.

i ve one doubt.. i was looking for some proxy hosting.. the support desk told that they cant host web proxies if it is open proxy.
If i am installing glype, is that becomes open proxy? I ve no idea. Please help me to sort this out..

    Open proxy = Public Proxy

Yeah glype or any other proxy is an open proxy indeed. Lately the terms are used for http/socks/vpn proxies though serve equivalantly as web proxies(glype/zelune/phproxy/cgi). You wont be able to host proxies with a major part of webhosts though there are several different hosts which specialise in proxy hosting and you'll find them serving with different packages for proxy hosting.

The calendar I remember is in proxy lounge, but it has been a bit quiet over there recently. The calendar was most usefull for Summer holidays I think.

Free Proxy List no longer allowed co.cc and co.cz domains! Your proxy will probably get at least 5x the exposure now :)

    Submissions are free, of course.

Want more exposure? Try out a Featured Listing!

I'm currently spreading my 150 proxies on a few hosts, so that there is always one group of proxies online if all the others would be offline. So I might try your free proxy hosting, the only thing I'm thinking of is:

    • Which advertisement is being placed on the proxified page?
    • If Adversal, how many popups will it show?
    • If another one, can I see a demo of how it will look like?
    • Can I use my own themes and options, or are you the only one who has access to make the proxies?
Thanks in advance for answers ;)

I'm interested in this too. Is there any script out there which is good enough for this job (mostly about secure member login such as only one-login at a time and bonuses such as individual bandwidth data)?

    New Glype Theme!

    -----

NeonGamer is a dark yet clean theme for Glype 1.1 that has a 'gaming' feel to it. It is AdSense-ready, and has spots for text, a newsletter subscription box, more proxy links, and backlinks. It also has a Quick Links menu for popular proxified pages.

License: You are free to use and distribute this template, however you MUST keep the Spyka and UnblockBook links as they are (visible and do-follow).

I was thinking, PC in schools have the same IP, wont google be suspicious if numerous students click on adsense ads everyday? they alll will have the same IP..i've seen in my statcounter stats that 5-10 clicks came everyday from same school(IP) for last four days. So i am bit apprehensive.

Hi, I'm the co-owner of fph.

Banners on the proxied pages, and one popunder per x amount of time, I can't remember how long. Not adversal, we use most of the yieldmanager networks. The best way to find out what it's like is to just reg a .co.cc and set it up and have a play around.

You can either select one of our premade templates, which we add every couple of days, which take all the settings, text etc you enter in the control panel and display the homepage, OR you can clone any of our templates and edit it however you see fit.

You can also create your own templates entirely from scratch, there is an online file manager to upload all the files, you can edit the php and css files directly all web based etc, its quite a good setup. However I recommend you start by cloning a theme first and seeing how it all works.

In a couple of weeks once we've more finely tuned the advertising system we'll also be adding an option for people to take over an ad slot on the proxied pages, as we have people who host over 50 sites and we feel they should have a greater share.
