    Everyone who drives needs gas. Hence there being a good chance smokers will get their cigarettes whilest paying for the gas. Would be easier then going to two different places.

    Condoms are sold in drug stores but you're not allowed to have sex there on the counter.

    Instead of writing "Smoking is prohibited" there should be "Sale of Cigarettes is prohibited should be written at stations. :D

    it is because of money that is why they still selling cigarette on a gas stations. even if there are warnings, they still not obeying it.

    Probably their laws don't prohibit the same.. Or if there are laws prohibiting the same, the implementation of the said law is poor.. If such fact (selling of cigarettes in gas stations) would cause some disaster, only then would people stop doing the same.. Only then would they learn their mistake..

    I realize that a lot of us have to use these forum areas to get our post quantity up, but that's gotta be one of the dumbest questions I have read in a while. A gas station is a store just like anywhere else. Why wouldn't they sell a high profit item? I bought a TV at a store the other day but they didn't set me up a chair and let me watch it there. Wow. What is this board coming to?

    It is not illegal to enter a bathroom of the opposite sex. Those are guidelines of what is expected by the management of the institution. This is only meant to help with privacy and is by no means "illegal." You can't go to jail for it. And yes, I work in law enforcement.
