$150 Character Illustration (VECTOR ONLY) - 24 hours only!

Hello all.

Looking for a character/mascot illustration for a product that will be marketed to kids, ages 4-10. Client hasn't decided exactly what animal he wants to use, although we've narrowed it down to either a monkey or a beaver. Regardless, it must be in vector format, so that he can use it in many different media, from website to clothing.

I'm a designer myself, so I respect the amount of work that goes into a project such as this. Therefore, I'm not asking for full blown renderings (yet)... all I need to choose a winner is a sketch -- albeit, a detailed sketch that is close to what the final piece will look like. Once I choose a winner (assuming there is one), I will want the sketch rendered in vector format, and colored. Payment will be via Paypal only.

It's up to you to do either animal, although I'm pushing for the beaver, I think it's a better fit for his product. The illustration will probably make the final determining factor, though.

So, what I'm looking for is this:

- Either a monkey or beaver... VERY child-friendly, happy, smiling, etc. The animal should be in a standing pose, facing the viewer, with hands on hips, etc.

- Animal needs to have on some sort of human clothing ...think Disney characters like Goofy or Mickey, with shirt/pants that don't quite fit, cuffed pants, etc.

- Animal must have a tool belt around his waist, but instead of tools, there should be art supplies... like a paint brush, ruler, pencil, scissors, etc.

Hope this is enough information. Judging by how DP contest awards have dropped in monetary value over the last couple of years, I'm hoping that $150 is more than enough to attract quality submissions. Again, i'm a designer myself, and have entered numerous contests on this site in the past, so I understand the work that goes into them. Let's not waste each others' time.

Final note: This contest will end by 5pm EST, tomorrow (Friday). If a winner is chosen, the final art will be due to me within a few days. I need to get this done quickly.
