Buying NEED An expert and experienced Coder PHP/MYSQL Based

I need an expert coder for some modification and bug fixing in my social networking site. Currently my site is very slow and i want it to be faster... and fix more bugs....

I only want to make a note; some time before I installed a CMS (CMS Made Simple) for my client, who wanted the CMS to run on a Windows based server (IIS) and it was running slowly; also there were some bugs. So I think that sometimes the bugs may be caused by the environment the CMS runs over, not by the CMS itself.
