Though I am not sure what the long term effects will be I'm pretty sure the traffic is useless..
If you are thinking to Buy Traffic and your only income source is Adsense, I recommend to go through Adwords.
I definitely don't recommend buying traffic for your site. First of all, you should never "buy traffic" from people who "sell traffic." When you're paying for advertisements, as in PPC or having your banner in newsletters etc. that's acceptable. But people who promise to send you a certain quantity of visitors for a certain amount do just that. They send "visitors" which does not mean they're all human. Even if they are, they're probably just there because they're enrolled in some kind of surfing program.
If you have some mobey to blow, then it is good to buy trrafic. I believe in free traffic. buying traffic is for lazy people
Yes buying traffic is good but you have to choose your type niche.For example if your site is about SEO then you can buy traffic from webmasters or webdesigners.Because the visitors are mostly in need of SEO.I recommend text-link-ads or buysellads for buying traffic.
