Alternative to the Seo Book Keyword Suggestion Tool

    I notice that the results using the Seo Book Keyword Suggestion Tool does not provide accurate data. number of searches in google, yahoo, wordtracker etc.. any other tool i can use to get info on number of searches in google, yahoo, etc? thank you

    Well, you can use the Google AdWords Keyword Tool (adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal) to gauge Google searches. I've found it to be quite accurate.

    I am using Google AdWords Keyword Tool . It is very good and has a good database.

    Google adwords tool is good for adwords...but I have not had any luck with it for SEO...personally I open up 3 separate browsers with Wordpot, wordtracker, and free keyword discovery...if two out of 3 shows a keyword may be effective...I run with it...has not let me down yet. I use adword keyword suggestion tools for ideas of keywords only.

    Found using all of these together and comparing gives me best results:

    - google adwords keyword tool
    - wordtracker free keyword suggestion tool
    - wordstream free keyword tool
    - digitalpoint has it own keyword tool that uses wordtracker and overture: http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/

    dont know about accuracy but good for new keyword ideas

    I love IBP from Axandra .. its a nice tool which gives 30 days gurantee if you did not get first 5 rank on google.
