    Yes, it is possible. Haven't you seen "5 hours ago" or similar in search results? Try to get as many backlinks as possible, because sites with a greater number of backlinks get indexed faster.

    Just get linked on a page the gets cached at least once a day. Zero links, zero cache unless you submit and wait.
