    You're getting about $0.0424 cents a click. I say that ain't bad at all. What you need to prove on is your CTR (click through rate) With that many impressions you can get many clicks then that. Try optimizing banner placements and experimenting with the colors, position, and size.

    yes, it is normal. they pay quite less but is normal with bla. you may try ero-advertising too. i heard they are good.

    In my opinion you will do far better promoting live web cams, I used to run adult video site and they earned me a lot more than and ppc campaigns I ran on it.

    mtree.com - had good experience with these guys, they pay $45/sign up and you can ask to increase commission if you're getting consistent sign ups. Also people say livejasmin.com is good but I've never tried it. Good luck.
