    How effective is it to have several links to your site posted in myspace (profile pages, comment pages). Would this help your PR in any way?

    I have the same question, but regarding Windows Live Spaces. Anyone have any thoughts on this or MySpace.com?

    Myspace is a new avenue a lot of link developers are starting to go after. Just having a few links on your profile doesn't necessarily help, but it does help if you have multiple profiles or lots of friends or something so you are very "connected." It's all about being "connected." But, short answer, yeah add the links! It'll help a bit and every bit counts!

    It's hard to get a high PR in MySpace though..Also, their blog posts count as Technorati Links though!

    I'm testing the theory with my MSN Live Space... hopefully it'll add a tiny bit to my IBL.
    I've created a Squidoo "lens" too, which is a similar kind of think (with revenue sharing built in).

    Just to clarify from reading thru the thread. Is there a better place to include links at MySpace? Ie; is the myspace blog a better place than the profile, etc? I've started to try & include some links there. I'm just wondering the best way to do it.
