Hiring Moderators - Forum with 17,000 Members

    Hey,

    I am looking to hire moderators/forum leaders for my forum located at:
    http://www.fetchmp3.com/forums/index.php

    Activity is starting to pick up on the forum as it is a sub-area to the main website located at http://www.fetchmp3.com/

    Recently in order to skip the conversion queue for a download users are required to post 10 times and they'll receive a "queue jumping token". This has subsequently increased activity and now I am looking for volunteers to help out and help the community expand as a whole.

    How much more to the point do you want me to get exactly? I want people to moderate the forum. Moderation is usually a voluntary thing anyway.

    I am interested only if it is paid job. Moderation can be both "paid" aswell as "free". If it is voluntary, it means that it is a free job.

    "hiring" is a concept which is used when the job is paid. Hence i was confused on what are you asking about.
