    Camera: Canon Vixia HV30 HDV 1080i
    Software: Adobe Premier Elements 8
    Purpose: Edit 1-5 minute videos for the web and for iPhone/iPod applications
    Budget: Prefer under $1500

    I'm looking at this base system:
    Mega Special IV

    Starts at $985.

    I need dual monitor support. I already have one monitor, so I'll need to add a second monitor. Not sure if I'll need a 2nd video card, or if I should change to a video card that offers dual support.

    After adding a monitor, my base system is now: $1163

    Any advice is appreciated.

    Oh, and I don't have the technical expertise or desire to build it myself.

    Just switch to a dual support card i think..
    Handling 2 cards is not feasible also both card will be old tech.
