Well, I have to buy one !

I have selected ASUS and SONY... But unable to choose one from them. :D

    Which one is better ?

And should I buy a 21" HD LCD monitor or just go with a simple 19" LCD monitor?

I prefer use Sony, but it depend on service center at your location.

What will you do with that computer & LCD, if you want to create a graphic design, than go for 21"

Well, I don't have to do any graphic designing !

It will be just for normal use and to see some movies. (I also have a 5.1 channel home theater to enjoy movies :D

You comparing quality of Sony with Asus?
Sony is the Grand dad of Asus when it comes to quality.
If you have no price issues go for
    Sony.

i think you should compare models NOT brands sometimes asus make good lcd and sometimes sony does so you will be safe if you compare two models from two different brands or same brands

Well it all depends on your work if you are a graphic designer or a pro gamer then go for Sony HD 21" LCD or else go for Asus coz it has inbuilt speakers.
