    Hey Folks, I've listed this site for sale before but never got any bites, so here it is again, at a reduced price, what a bargain!!

    Unique natural visitors is low due to a lack of offpage seo, with a few ads and links you'll be able to capture loads of visitors. I ran an ad campaign to test how well the CTR was for visitors and the payout and was amazed. I just don't have any time to fully monetize this site.

    Buyer gets the Domain Name, all HTML files, WordPress DB and all content.

    Nice site. If I wasn't perpetually broke I might be tempted to buy it.

    It really needs a proper logo, though.

    You might be better off listing it at Flippa.com .
