The secret is twitter = high ranking. He's entered the name of the twitter as "work little" if you view the source code of the page it currently reads "SEO services" for the users first and last name however if you look at the google cache its "work little". When google spiders the page the title is "Work Little (username) at Twitter".

Google is associating this twitter page with the title "Work Little" (A title is highly weighted on google) giving a lot of weight to the pages content. As its twitter its also getting a good ranking in google.

The other thing is that the competition of sites actually optimizing for this term = 0. No one is actively working on this search term so your twitter account of PR5 trumps all that is there.

If this is pride, it's misplaced at best. Plus, this person is being seriously misleading. 20 minutes to build a PR5 Twitter page? Plus, the other day they had 5,000 - 6,000 followers...now they have less than 10. After taking a look at their blog post, it's even more obvious that this is just a highly-deceptive sales pitch.

These are excerpts from their blog, linked to from the first thread:

    Source: http://www.newgenresoft.com/seoblog/?p=134

I added the emphasis, but in this thread MervikHaums stated:

Saying '20 minutes' to attain this, saying that they just created the profile, when, according to Google's cache:

They had almost 500 updates. Which, if you look at the current cache, they've been posting 1-3 times per day, at least as per the timestamps on the first page.

This person is not only misrepresenting what they've done to achieve these 'miraculous' results, they're boasting about something that's worthless -- like selling cubic zirconia but labeling it a diamond, or selling fools gold as 18kt gold... they're trying to pull a fast one on people to drive up the perceived value of their so-called SEO services.

There's no doubt that using Twitter as a hub can have value, but we shouldn't be 'taking it easy' on somebody so flagrantly misrepresenting so many points.... those who don't know any better might purchase services from this self-proclaimed SEO, or at the very least, waste time on this '20 minute fix' and cause them further confusion.
