Buying Anybody offering manual directory submission to 40,000 directories?

I remember seeing a few people offering submission to 40,000 directories manually, but cant find the threads! I even tried the search function, help guys

i found another offering the same today with big itrader and can't find it! and it was fully manual the one i found today..

 

100% manual directory submission

1000 = 10 only

 

i think it's probably 4k not 40k

i have a list of 11000 but not all are free, its more paid, reprocational, email verfy submissions. also some are down.

i doubt a 400000 directory database exist
