Need Help - Paypal login takes to form submit

    Hi,
    I have a paypal verified account and it was verified with credit card, Now credit card got expried for last 10months or so .

    I had no problem in any case, I use to receive money as well as withdraw to my bank account as well (HDFC) , Now to my surprise When I logged in , It takes me to a form and ask to fill the details, So I can't go to my Account history or any other page, it always shows this page when I login as displayed in display below

    Has anyone else seen this page, its really Tiring to me and I am going CRAZY

    When I click on Registration number - What's this ? , It is asking to enter : Business Reg no or Tax Iden. no. or Licensee no. or Incorporation no.

    And drop down menu for Business type shows : Sole Proprietorship,Partnership, Corporation, Other corporate body, Government Entity

    Please any body advice me, What should I do and what should I fill in there, I am an individual so what needs to be filled in there please advice

    Is this your business paypal account ? If yes then you need to give them details related to your business.

    You are right deluxdon. It looks like that you have a Business Paypal Account. You need to submit the business Information.

    Yes, I got a question here. Is this only limited to business account or does it require for premier account as well??

    I think you have a business account,
    and paypal have any right to ask you for information.

    Now.. paypal asking some accounts(its a rondom system they ask) to give birth date, photo id, and its all with the nature of the account.

    So you need to confirm your, DOB, nationality etc. and other required Docs.

    A PayPal Premiere account is in the name of an individual, rather in the name of a business, so you shouldn't need to supply all that information.

    It looks like you can change from Business to Premiere:

    Recently I was also asked to submit my "date of Birth" when logging in my premier and personal paypal account. I think this is done for security reason by paypal.

    this means you have to update your credit/debit card details
