Hoping for some assistance

This happens to me a lot. When filling out online forms, you are often asked to repeat your email address. When I do this, I get the message back that the email addresses I entered do not match each other. I have tried clearing cookies but to no avail.
I am currently on espn360 trying to buy a game for tomorrow but cannot get past this part of the process!! GRRRRR.
Any solutions and why is this happening?

 

try using a different browser. if that fails contact the site owners.

Some websites are simply misconfigured, I could only suggest that you contact the administrators for help.

 

That bites...I have contacted them but no answer. Weird that a big site like that is screwed up, seeing that you have to pay to use the services. I have big plans for the game tomorrow and apparently I am at the mercy of this website!
