Buying PHP Sessions based login script

Need PHP-MySQL sessions based login script.

3 pages:
index.php
logout.php
innerpage.php (to show how to pass session variables to innner pages).

Main condition:

I should be able to open the script in 2 instances of browser (on the same PC).
Login as user-1 & user-2 without any conflicts.
If I logout user-1, user-2 should NOT get logged out.

In short maintain 2 parallel instances of the same script without any conflicts.
