    Hey,

It looks like I'm getting paid! The original thread is here:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=494631

Yeah so in the end I had to threaten legal action against google because they had not responded to a single one of my emails. I bet they were trying to avoid me. So I went forth to the legal area, and they agreed to payout all my outstanding earnings :D

Remember I wasn't banned for invalid clicks, only for an unfit business model so don't even bother if you were banned for invalid clicks. They probably won't even respond to you.

CPA Empire, Copeac, Azoogle. I'm now directing what was my arbi traffic to them and making just as much as google. Plus I don't have to fear a ban.

That's what I thought till I was banned from Bodis.com

I doubt most of the Advertisers within each of the above CPA sites want to advertise to people who are not likely to buy.

    Parking site.

Does not matter what you advertise

what matters is what the advertiser wants, pays for, and will leave the service behind if the target market is wrong and there are no sales.

Basic business sense, nothing to dispute or argue :)

Good luck and nice to see you got Google.

Billion Dollar a year Google was afraid of your "legal action"?

They're team of corporate lawyers could have chewed you up and spit you out without even breaking a sweat. While I agree it sounded like they truly did owe you the money, I'm wondering if they just got sick of you nagging them so they figured it would be cheaper to just pay you and move on than going to litigation. Either way...good work.

that doesn't make sense. once you or someone threatens legal action, google or any other company will stop responding to you totally. this is the normal procedure where legal action or legal threat is replied by legal team to avoid further legal complication. Company like google knows what they are doing and they have legal team bigger than the size of any average companies. they are not scared of legal action by an average publisher. anyways, if they are paying you at the end, then thats all good
