    i tried it on my friends computer it was awsome. i will definatly be getting it when i go to buy my new computer. I was disapointed with vista but windows 7 seems a lot better!!!

    How could so many people have gotten it already, didn't it just come out? I can't make any judgment until I use it. I dont think I'll be willing to save everything on my HD, format it and install W7 anytime soon.

    I don't like it. I've been trying to save up for a Apple laptop because then I wouldn't have to worry about problems with my computer. Windows 7 is almost the same thing as the other operating systems, and just is a cleaned up version. Instead of releasing updates,patches, they decided that it would make them billions, and that's why they released Windows 7.

    Disclaimer: That story was totally false, and shouldn't be taken seriously. Time to let all these flamers reply to me. :p

    Hehe, my friend, Windows 7 has been in beta for a while now and that's how so many people have it ;) . As for formating and all , I also don't really feel like it , so , even if it has been released, I will keep the beta for a while :cool:.

    P.s. for all those that will eventually ask/complain about resources needed: I use an AMD Sempron @1.6 ghz with 768 mb RAM. It's quite hard to get lower than this , so I guess Windows 7 would work on most pc's.
