    Pretty good, but looks a little too commercial for a blog. Try adding a bit of personal flare. Around the header. :)

    What CMS did you use? Is it wordpress?

    The standalone Home link on top looks odd, it will be better if you add more buttons.

    Thanx :) Mate its not a custom plugin, you can download this plugin for the wordpress plugin directory, the name of the plugin is "SexyBookmarks"...! You can try searching Sexy Bookmarks or SexyBookmarks... Hope this helps... :)
