    Hi,
    I have been offered a sitewide link on a site.

    The index page is PR6. If the remaining interal pages are all PR5 and there are almost 200 of them do they have any added value for increased PR Juice?

    Definitely it will add PR juice to your site if that site PR is not fake. Check that site backlinks...!!

    Site wide link are believed to be of less importance. Lesser backlinks from same domain the better !

    It will pass some value and much more value if it is theme related with your targeted keywords in the title, body, URL, etc., of the page.

    Absolutely! ANY link coming from a site with that sort of PR isn't going to hurt anything!

    This is even better than leaving a link on a "buried" profile page of a website -- and that's DEFINITELY been proven to work (e.g. angela's backlinks.)
