Using anything other than a professional paid service like Aweber, Getresponse, or Icontact is a waste of time.

I think smallbizmailer.com is one such site that allows you to use software at a computer end to send out newsletters to email subscription lists and bulk email recipients.EZlistmailer, sendnewsletter.com are other such choices.

Are you ready to spend few bucks or do you need only free apps or services?
Bulk in the sense, how many mails do you want to send per week/month at a time?

your ip will be blacklisted and then none of your emails will be delivered. I have been using Icontact for years and it is great although it is quite expensive. We use it for all our customers mailing lists at my work.

You can check Easy Inbox Mailer. This Bulk email sending software can send 1500 emails/hour using Gmails smtp server. You just have to add few Gmail ids and password and select how many emails you want to send using each gmail id. Default is 100. The software switch each gmail id after sending 100 email using each id. Also it supports html and email attachment, failed email list, different reply to address, and you can address receiver name on Subject field such as Hi John instead of only hi. You can download the software for free from this site

    http://www.easyinboxmailer.com

    Also Check this site

http://www.addressspider.com ( This software can Search Worldwide company name, address, phone number, web address and saves on CSV file. Try free
