submitqueen.com a scam?

Hi all,

I came accross this website www.submitqueen.com and decided to purchase 2 link building services from them. I made the payments about 10 days ago but haven't heard anything from these people. Their online chatsystem is on off-line ALL the time and I have send them numerous emails through their contact form but no response at ALL. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this company.

nice way to generate some traffic to your site, lol. You should have at least said that submitqueen is the best,, not that it's scam...

 

Dude it's a freak'n scam - I don't know how to explain this. I have paid them and they are not responding at ALL. I don't know how to put this for you. I'm upset with these people I don't know how I would promote them with this?!?

How did you pay? If you paid by paypal, it might be easy to ask for a refund/.

Hello mods Iam Annera the owner of submitqueen.com and this person seems to be some of my competitor over here on dp and things seems to me fishy about the user account ALSO THIS IS A NEW ACCOUNT AND IAM SURE IT IS A 100 % DUPLICATE ACCOUNT PLZ LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
Regarding the blame he is giving of our website support being offline if he is true then he knows my email was on auto reply for 9 days with a message TO ALL OUR CLIENTS SAYING Your orders are confirmed and our staff will be working on all your orders.
As i was in hospital for a week for my ankle bone fracture in 3 pieces on 15th september and surgery was done on 17 th and i was back to work on 21st with the message saying all reports will be sent and all reports for the work were sent thus is probably a person of my competitor group who knows that i was in hospital and thus taking advantage of the thing some people really take advantage of every moment good or bad.
Mods plz check this persons account.
We never turned back any clients order and never made our client say bad to us we always make our clients happy with ontime work and bonuses.

 

Funny thing Annera, when I paid via Paypal for a service that I never got from notsubmitqueen.com the name on the paypal account was not Annera. Maybe if you didn't spend so much time scouring the web for all these complaints regarding the company you guys could spend more time doing what you claim to do or responding to at least every 12th customer's email. I sent probably 4.

Here is my experience. I ordered 500 links, within 24 hours you sent me back a list of 500 directories with a date of submission of 3 months before I even ordered. The links are only to the pages where you submit the links, there is no other confirmation of any kind. Thanks for the sites but thats not what I ordered. The clue that you didn't submit the links was the fact that I didn't receive 1 email confirming my submission or notifying me from any of the 500 companies that my submission was under review. For anyone with any experience with an SEO company, its a red flag right away. I googled my site and guess what I see, new links to my site. Unfortunately the new links were all from sites not on your submitted directories list but from another company I hired. Dude I tried to hire you guys to do a shit load of work and I had to settle for just doing a crap shoot to see if you guys were semi competent. Even at a scam you guys are terrible. You should have replied to my email that said I want to spend $1000 and you'd have more money, but you didn't cause you suck.

If you're going to be a SEO company, then be one, regardless of price.
If you're going to be a scam, them be a scam.

You can't be both so focus...

I have no idea why you offer Paypal, maybe you think that no one would deal with you if you didn't and you'd probably be right. I am going to go and submit my claim to Paypal now. Thanks for being an inept criminal.

I have intentionally left out promoting my website or the other company I hired just so you wouldn't think this is some kind of clever PR campaign. You know, like when you claim to be the owner of a company your not and claim that people who paid for your service and got nothing in return are lying.

I guess 10 billion links for a $1 all 'manually submitted' in 3 minutes was probably expecting too much.

Ok, MY BAD. I made a mistake. Submitqueen.com DID do the work. They created the submissions under an email address other then my own. I logged in and saw that they confirmed the submissions where required.

Submitqueen.com DID provide the service at a low rate and at a break neck speed.

Although they do not respond to emails, even sales inquires.

The other issue I had was that I ordered 500 PR8-PR3 sites and 69% of the sites they submitted to were PR1-PR2.

Aside from that, if you are looking for a whack of quick links, they did provide them.

 

I did business with them in the past, very good service the only issue was page rank of the site submitted. You must ask them before time and make sure. Other than that it was very good experience.

 

I ordered the 'high pr' websites package through a link on their website and since they don't read their emails I'm not sure how else you are supposed to request this.

 

Ahh again a newbie with a new account let me know your website url so that i could trace you out because for the first person i ought to know he is a competitor of another company for website design and seo and is also from india there are many duplicate accounts over here .
If leaving the directory were your site is already submitted and moving along to the next for submissions is a bad thing if you think and is not beneficial for you then we are wrong we dont do like other submitters just including your already submitted sites list we move on to the next directory leaving the one either be a high pagerank and make a beneficial submission for you by however completing them to your ordered pagerank.

I think you are the same person or a new person who ought to take the advantage and also regarding the name as you said in paypal is it compulsory for anyone to have same nname ever as in forums do you think people use there real names if so do you think the people with user name devil are they devils in real leave all your time consuming things like this and concentrate on your websites you might get some good ranking and business if you think spoiling others name and getting business is what you have been taught then probably you are the worlds most foolish person.

Um, Annera. You should probably learn a thing about customer service. I am your customer, if you are in fact the owner, which I doubt it. If I leave my website that you just did 5 days ago how is that going to benefit me? You sound angry, how do I know what you are going to do to my website? Besides, can't you just figure out from the customer you had 5 days ago who was asking for confirmation who it is? I told you I paid by Paypal, look at my name here. Do you think that Lawrence K is a handle? I don't know, why don't you just check your orders from last week? Tell me if I'm a competitor who's 'afraid' to face your competition.

What I was looking for is a competent SEO company. Someone who won't make weak excuses like I broke something or I was sick. You claim you have a 9 member staff. Is there an epidemic for the IT staff in India? Cause everytime anyone doesn't complete the work on time, they were always in the hospital for something. You guys should be more careful working at your computers, it seems dangerous over there.

You should learn a little bit about customer service for two reasons. The first reason is, I made a mistake, I admitted it. I did not see the new email address you created so I appologized. Why would a competitor say if you're looking for cheap links fast, see submitqueen? My site is brand new and you were the first SEO company I hired, so zero links were created before you showed up. You're going to tell me I was already in 300+ High PR directories that you use when in fact I was in none? You're just lying.

The second reason is, how the hell did you not know that after identifying that I made a mistake that I had no intentions of ordering more from you depite your short comings?

Just take a look back about 10 days ago and look for an email that you never responded to for a quote for some 8000 links. Yeah, thats me. I only ordered 630 off of you because I go no response back on a quote for 50 x 100 deeplinks and 3000 directories plus a bunch of social bookmarks. I wanted to make sure that you weren't just a paypal account somewhere.

I am a customer, not a competitor. If you spent more time replying to emails instead of trying to attack your PAYING CUSTOMERS in forums and delivering on what they ordered then maybe there wouldn't be an issue.

P.S. I would be more then happy to post my URL in case you couldn't figure out from my friggen name and the email i'm talking about but guess what, I can't for another 4 posts and 2 days. You see I am new to this site and I must make at least 10 posts and wait 7 days before I can post a URL.

Hey want to know why I am new to this site? It's because I just created a website and I am doing SEO work so I am using websites like this for backlinks. Seems strange doesn't it?

Ok Annera how about this, I will give you indisputable proof that I am a paying customer. I'll give you my paypal email address, the 3 orders I placed, the amounts and the date I made payment. I appologized for making a mistake of you not delivering. Are you going to come to the forum and post an appology to your paying customer who you tried to undermine as a competitor, who's emails you never responded to and for not delivering what you promised?

I usually dont like getting involved in discussions like this but this is kinda interesting. I am in no way related to submitqueen nor do I live in India. However, I found two inconsistencies in lawrenceK's posts:

You are correct. I did hire two companies, on the same day. One of the companies pounded out 600 links in 2 days (submitqueen.com) the other was hired to create 300 links, after more then a week they are still not done.

Both companies were hired at the same time, however they were the first companies I ever approached to create links for directories. There was absolutely zero way I could have been listed in any directory prior to requesting both companies to create links for me. Most of these directories take several days before the links are added, I only received acknowledgement of the receipt of the links from the website by the time they were done, let alone the acceptance emails.

But my discussion is completly directed at Annera. To anyone else, sure I could look like a competitor but if she claims to be the owner, I can sure as hell prove it to her.

Ok fine, I cave. I'm not a Canadian who ordered 500 backlinks for $40 from an Indian company. Really, my goal is to waste my time plugging my none existant SEO company domain in my signatures.

Whats funny is that I was just appologizing for writing that they didn't even submit the links. I CAME BACK TO CORRECT MY MISTAKE. I was just giving an honest review after that, that they do give you lots of links for cheap and fast. Smells like a competitor to me....

I was just saying that 70% of the links were all PR1 + PR2 and that I just thought there non response to emails sucked. Here's the email address for my competitor too , what ever you do don't email them for a quote, I don't want you wasting 2 seconds of your time and no money to find out that I'm lying.

But for the love of god, please DON'T BELIEVE ME. Please use my competitor. For god sakes its $40 for 500 links, what do you expect?

We have worked for hundreds of clients nnever had any problem he is probably a sick man wants fast links and all if you are in ttru meaning of seo then i would say it solely depends upon your site quality for the higher rankings sites to approve your site and include your site.
