Is the classic blue 0000FF for adsense headings still giving people the best CTR's for adsense? Or are you finding people have become 'blind' to this colour?
    Your thoughts ladies and gentlemen?

Well my friend there is nothing called the best color it all depends on the design of your website, take a good look of your site and build an adsense ad unit that will blind in your website

You should use the colors in Adsense as the one used in your blog or website. :)

I prefer with no border then I can make it kind of invisible with same background color
therefore I think the best color is depends on your website theme, just make it simple and same detail of background, font, font color,

or if you have no idea just try default one from google, I think it's quite ok to make people interest to click your ads :D

The best way to fool a visitor is to merge the ads to match the colors of the website. But if the ads are really interesting any color may work.

Blend in with the site, and have blue links. People are used to seeing blue links, so they know they can click it.

Background of ad same as the backgroud of the page. No border, heading of the ad same color as the h2 colors. Text the same color as the text of the page. URL is usually, blue, red or green

As everyone else says, blending is the key, match the text to your site text and the links to your site links and nav and match the border and background to the color of your site background. You are not trying to hide the ads but just make it so they are inconspicuous.

Blend, blend, blend. Thats the key to finding the right colors to use for your site. You want the ads to flow easily into the content of your site.

There is no ideal color to use for Adsense, though the classic color used for a large number of Adsense ads is blue due to its strong association with links.

thanks folks, sorry should have said my ads are all already fully blended regardless of which of my sites they are on - Indeed I already run my own adsense lounge forum. Statistically the blue 0000FF (for adsense titles) has been the most clickable colour across the whole internet and this is widely known. What I was really after was peoples opinion as to whether it still is? Or has anyone found a "hot' colour that has increased their CTR.
    Cheers
