Instantz Dollarz?

    I was checking around and I found a site call Instantz Dollarz what I like about them is they have a lot of pay per sign up kind of deals however, they're template doesn't seem professional and I've never heard of them before. Are they legit?

    Also do you know of any affiliate program that pays per sign up and allows incentives?
