Why some people sees chinese characters in my english website?

    That's the question. My website is pure HTML, made with Notepad, written in english, but some people is seeing the text in chinese characters... Why?

    Sounds like a character encoding mis-match to me. Yet another great reason to stick to UTF-8 for most cases.

    You might be referring to the Google Adsense Ads w/c is normal because the Adsense scripts detects the visitors location, browser, language, etc. and display ads relevant to the user based on these.
