Tool to Find Highest PR pages on a Site

Discussion in 'Products & Tools' started by LinkBliss, Feb 4, 2007.

There is this tool where I can put in my domain name (site:domain.com) and list the highest PR pages on a site (order by PageRank) --

    http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/pagerank-search/

Is there another or a better tool with the same feature? It seems I came across one a month or two ago but have been searching for an hour and can't find it.

    Hope my question makes sense.

    Thanks!

I was thinking the seochat tool was bad, but I starting playing with it more and it returns OK results. I always check PR these days again the "Live PR" tool (search in Google) and the seochat tool was pretty accurate.

However, I still know there was some other tool I had recently come across, it searched in MSN and Yahoo in addition to Google to mine important indexed pages on the site but went back and found PageRank for all the pages and sorted by PR.

    Sound familiar?

    I should have bookmarked

THat's very cool. Thanks! Yes, most of the time the highest PR pages are all linked to from the home page so this works for me :D

I found it, this is what I was looking for, it was mentioned on the vBSEO forums in a thread I was actually subscribed to, someone just posted so I was reminded of it :)

    http://www.prase.us/

You can put in site:domain.com, sort by PR, and it should show the highest PR pages on your site.

It takes a while for it to load.

Google Webmaster Tools also allow you to see the highest PR Pages for a site. I think I saw the feature somewhere in Google Sitemaps. Ofcourse, you're able to see the results for your site only and not for a competitor :)

I think it only shows what the single highest page is for each of the past three months. Except for some very new sites, for me it has always been the home page so it's not that useful.

Btw, since I mentioned it a few posts back, I haven't been able to get prase.us to work with site: sorted by PageRank. It just says loading forever. Sorry if I caused any frustration for anyone.

I heard Shawn, the owner of this site originally wrote many of the tools on SEOchat, not sure how that happened, if SEOChat was bought from Shawn or a company Shawn worked for or what.

I used to hang at SEOChat and would enjoy reading the threads and participating, but I slowly migrated over here and rarely go to seochat any more.

What do you like about seochat?

Got it to work once with SE ranking.. But that stopped working for me to.

I'm looking for a tool that will find the highest PR ranking pages on a given domain name.
I've tried the tools above, but they are from 2007, and are either not working or don't have
an option to search for a specific domain.

The tool from the first post works, but after the first search, PR is not shown properly. If I click on the link below results that says: "Repeat the search with the ommited results included"..I get correct results. Just found out that DP forum is PR4.
