Sleep is a muct because of that is the time our body relaxed and charge at the same time it is when our cells renewed to a new one so if we like sleep our body will surely not function properly.
I wish I could get 8-9 hours of sleep every day. I sometimes have to go days only getting 3-5 hours of sleep each night and it's brutal. It really done take a toll on the body and is very unhealthy. I try to force myself to go to sleep before 12am now and wake up by 8am. Going to sleep early is hard, and waking up early is even harder
This is actually a big problem for me. I need a crazy amount of sleep. I leave 6 or less hours per night. I've fallen so far behind in sleep, it seems like I'll never catch up.
yes from last week i am not able to get sufficient amount of sound sleep. I am just sleeping for 4-5 hours a day which is quite inadequate for me.

I know and I want to sleep well, I want to have qualty sleep, so that I can have better skin and body condition. But, I can't at the moment! I have got too much to handle at the moment! Can anyone tell me how to have 26 hours a day? SO that I have sleep two more hours a day!
