    You need links to your site as can be seen by 53 page links. The other link data doesn't count because that's for blogspot.com as a whole.

    Build backlinks (authoritative, relevant, etc.) and then build upon your site in order to build traffic and content -- Rinse and repeate with more blogger blogs

    Your traffic stats has nothing to do with your PR. Just keep performing SEO on your blog and try to get some good quality backlinks.

    Also to add something base from experience, do not focus too much on getting the PR. It would come as long as you do al the advices given above, comment to other blog, link exchange and submit to directories.

    Google does not rank a site one time per year....

    -- In order to get your site gets higher PR, you need to have your url (links) on other websites. The higher rank of other websites the better chance your site will be higher too.

    This process can take 3 to 6 months.

    You can build some high PR links which will surely give your website a positive PR for the next update.

    You will not get a PR without back links.
