Is a Page Score 4 on Bing good?

    So I have started to use each search engines "webmaster tools" now and I notice on Bing that my Page Score is 4. Is that good for a forum? I am slowly beginning to understand a bit about Google's page rank "still not much mind you". But I have no clue about Bing.

    Go here http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ then sign in or make a new account(its free). Then when you get to your Webmaster Center - Summary you will see it.

    Yeah I was experiencing the same issue every time I login. I get

    "We are experiencing an issue processing your request at this time.
    The Webmaster Center Team has been notified of the error and will work to resolve it. Try again in a few minutes."

    Not sure exactly how they determine this, but I think it goes up to a five scale. So if you have 4 out of 5 not bad.
