I got Google Pagerank 5 within 10 minutes for only one post, how come?

How come Only one of my page is google page ranked 5 (PR5), but others are PR1?

Might anyone tel me y only tis page, google page ranked 5, but others are only pr 1? How cum? here is d link:

It really makes me confuse! How cum will like tat? Any SEO Expert can explain such situation.

I just posted the above thread today... suddenly... i saw my PR gadget in my sidebar showed "PR 5" I felt very shocked... I think my domain name is pageranked 5 alr... but when I go to my main page... still PR1...

My fren asked me to post this question here as this forum is the best Internet forum... so I hope I can get my answer... then try to figure out the secret of pagerank!!!

It doesn't have PR 5. It doesn't have any PageRank. The tool you used was wrong - probably still reading the PageRank of what ever site you were looking at before.
You can't get PR in '10 minutes', and Google haven't updated 'toolbar' PR - the PR you can see - for months, nobody knows when they will.

 

May have been a temporary mistake.

 

It is not possible since google does not update pr since may.

 

Or maybe its just a spam post. This is why noobs can't post links.

Is the PR5 is your home page? If it then its normal because home page basically get high Pr compare then inner page. But always use Google Tool bar to check page rank it’s can show you only correct result other are shows fake result

 

What was that gadget? I would like to take a look at it?

 

may be get rank from the PC cache, after browsing pr5 page of any other site without closing the page browse the the site in the same window may be can see the old sites PR

I don't think is cache... as I didn't see any PR5 page before...

OK - you probobly got it wrong, happens sometimes...

 

Google algorithm is very strong and they believe only in quality work............you just see some other site result

Exactly, and I used the word maybe because I was exhausted and don't like being mean sometimes. Plenty of folks will do that anyway lol..

It's just a toolbar error. See sometimes a PR 10 on one of my sites. When I observed it the first time I went from Google PR10 to my site and thought the TB was just slow in changing which happens quite frequently. But lately it happens even changing from a low PR site to that very same domain. The strange thing is that it only happens with that certain domain and not with others. Observed that here and there since a long time but only for some weeks and than this strange behavior disappears.

 

That is impossible ! Google update's are more than rare. I do not think that you've used a good program to check your PR. Also I have a question what was your PR in the first instance? :| And second try this and post again http://www.prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php .

If may be the Page rank website which you saw before to your website, Or it may be temporary.

 

Probably at the moment Google Bots find your site highly visited and hot topic at the moment that's why they given it that Page Rank rating. Or it could be a glitch in the system of Google.

 

yeah...it doesn't have any page rank...which tool you are using or you have a big mistake....check it again and use a good tool...........
