What are the best article marketing sites. I know that ezine articles and web-rankers.com actually count the links and the anchor text while many others don't. Most others have no follow on the links like articlebase.com or they don't allow you to choose the correct anchor text. What are the best article submission sites.

Always submit to Ezine Articles first, wait a couple of days because they search for duplicated articles and if they find yours on another site they will not post yours..and they have the most exposure.
That is not true. They don't approve the article in case it was already posted somewhere else under ANOTHER author's name. If it is already posted on your own blog or on another article directory under YOUR name, they will approve the article. They don't request exclusivity like other articles directories. I always post my articles first on my own blog and then I submit them to EzineArticles.
I do the same, but I only post a sample on ezines and a full version on my website. I also rewrite the article I release to switch it up a bit, and use a different title.

I have always been of the opinion that you should submit an original article per article directory. The reason is duplicate content. By submitting the same article to multiple directories you lose out on the benefit of getting traffic to that article. The reason people submit to article directories is exposure. If the article is not cached then you get no traffic from search engines on the article and you get no benefit of potentially getting traffic to your site.
