Are you using the Javascript and Adblock code on your widget?

It sounds like people are bypassing your gateway.

 

Statcounter is not the most accurate counter out. I use it to get a general idea of how many visitors, i know it's not accurate because i have Google Analytics showing more accurate numbers

 

Thanks I'll try Google Analytics, I put both the the adblock protection and javascript protection on so people shouldn't be bypassing unless there is a new hack?

 

It sounds quite normal to me. You have 64 visitors and 16 of them actually clicked on a survey link on your gateway. That's not odd in any way, as not everyone who visits your site will click on a survey.

Also, exiting through your locked page would be a normal result of people closing the page when the survey pops up. It would only be unusual if their time on that page was longer than a minute, which would indicate that maybe they bypassed the gateway and were there long enough to get the content.

 

im a member with cpalead but im not really good with it. how much do you earn from this cpa network? and how many days should we wait to receive our payment? if we choose to be paid early? how many days to wait? any example please. that might help.

 

It's net 30 day payment (with no fees), but they do offer early payment options (with fees). For example, if you earned $1,000 in the month of September...

• You can expect to be paid $1,000 on Oct 31.
• You have the option to request payment on Oct 1, but a 15% fee will be applied, so you will only be paid $850.

You also have the option to get paid just the current month's earnings. If you have earned $250 in the month of October so far, you can request that payment at any time during the current month. A 20% fee will be applied to these earning, so you will only get paid $200.

The early payment options are effectively a loan to you by CPALead, thus they take a % fee from your earnings.

We actually work with our advertisers to reduce the payout on most surveys. The reason why we do this, is that in turn, we ask them to double the conversion rate (how often the survey pays out). This means when your user completes a survey, your content will be unlocked TWICE as often as a normal CPA survey that pays out around $1. This is a great thing, considering the Incentive CPA industry is known for it's lower conversion rates and surveys that don't unlock the Widget for every person who completes a survey.

I thought a conversion was when a survey was sucessfully completed.
How can an advertiser double our conversion rate?
This statement from your FAQ seems to say that the advertiser will pay us closer to what we legitamately earned - then they would normally.
Can you explain this?

I use 6 seconds, it all depends on the type of site you have.

Wow, you've added paypal as an option now, the only thing I could of suggested on CPALead would for there to be a paypal option and now its been added. It's simple, you're an absolutely amazing company. I've been away for a month studying but after these updates I'm straight back into developing again, thank you so much CPALead team.

There was a very brief outage today that affect most sites hosted with Rackspace.

Rackspace is probably the most reliable hosting company available, NASA and many fortune 500 companies use them as well. Unfortunately they're not perfect as we found out today. This is the first time I've seen them have any downtime. I can assure you this is not common.

Two things i'd like to see in widgets :

1) user to be able to set default settigns for his/her widgets - i create a different widget for each title and its time consuming having to enter all the custom settings each and every time when "load default settings" would be great"

2) I have been using "video actor 4" but when she appears on the left hand side of the screen she pushes the entire screen down until she has fininshed talking and then it reverts to normal - any idea of a fix for that?

I want to know that early payment is for paypal users only or if someone is using bankwire as payment method he also get early payment option ?

 

I had the same problem with the actor pushing the website down.
But I fixed the problem.. How? Just put the CPALead code in footer and not in header or body. It worked for me
