You are getting there. No. 2 is great. Try getting some regional sites with .in to link to your site.

Buy a Google keyboard - press Ctrl+Alt+G for a #1 Google ranking. It's easier than taking sensible advise from people who are fluffing, not wanting to share and talking bollox about getting links. BTW - Get a .co.in domain and host on a server in India with an Indian IP just in case Google wants to serve Indian specific sites on Google.co.in
actually it's also still at no.2 on google.co.id i see that it is not a high competitive keywords, just about less than 300K results for that keywords, even the no 1.(kobraindia) has a bad number of inbound links. My suggestion is to create backlink from other sites with "paper shredders india" as your anchor text. It will work like charm. And don't forget to update your content as often as possible
Ok, well I have already told you what to do...If you attract quality backlikns from trusted and authoritative sites then you will rank higher than your competitors...Now I'm not going to say that this is easy because it isn't but do you know what if it was easy then everybody would be at the top of Google Concentrate on building a 300 - 500 page site, filled with excellent quality content, find the 100 top sites in your niche and actively develop relationships, do this you will find that the links come naturally and you will rank higher.. Do that and then if you don't see results come back and ask me again and we can take a look at it... Best of luck..

Its not easy when everybody wants to be No 1. The secret is simple = good contents. Try advertise in Adwords for the keyword. If you're not making money, its very likely that your contents su*k. Provide good and reliable contents for the search engine users, you'll be ranked high.
I have to agree with everyone else here and try and get more inbound links. Doing a link: on Google it doesn't show you have too many and this needs to increase. Increasing your backlinks is about the single most important thing you can do and is right up there with good, strong content!
