I found a site or maybe autoblog stealing my content. My articles and images. What can I do now?

I made my feeds short but ... ?

See if you can contact their web hosting provider. Especially if it is a reputable one, you should be able to get that site shut down. Someone who is deliberately and outright doing that would deserve that. :)

    Thanks, I'll try.
I sent some messages to google. I've noticed traffic drop but I have too many projects and I didn't pay attention. My English is bad, why my articles?!

They're called a splog where they take the content and just post it on their site. It's not really worth your time trying to get it taken down (IMO). I've had lots of sites take my content but they're only usually up for a short time before they die. (in my experience)

I fully agree with you. Once I was fighting with every idiot stealing my content. Then I understood that even if in most of the cases I win, I waste too much time.

Yeah, normally they'll be hit with the duplicate content factor that Google has in their algorithm but, it is still frustrating and illegal assuming you have a copyright symbol on your site. I would still attempt to contact their web host. Most web hosts have a zero tolerance policy on this type of stuff because it can be a law suit for them if they continue to allow it.

Right, most of them have a zero tolerance policy but many web hosts (incl. the bigger ones) have strict procedures that include sending faxes (or mails) and so on (don't accept emails). It's really a waste of time & money.

Hmmm, that is interesting. I guess it depends on how it was actually affecting my business would determine if I would take action or not. Ultimately though, IF they do you have an email (usually ) I would shoot one off and see what they say.

    1) Usually the thieves do not affect in any way a business. People who like to steal usually don't know to do business, incl. marketing. So ... they have a blog with content but that's all.

    2) All of them have email addresses (I didn't say that they don't have :)), and most of them reply to your "Copyright Infringement Notices" but do NOT remove the content and do NOT contact the content thief unless you follow THEIR procedure (that includes sending them faxes). The easiest way is to threat directly the thief. If she or he doesn't remove the content, forget about it. You'll lose too much time.

These are NOT assumptions, but facts from my experience ;)

His blog contains content from multiple blogs - I found them with google. And I don't get any traffic from google for the copied articles.

All content thieves do the same. Most of them post articles from articles directories but don't post also articles' resource boxes.

Usually you can detect very easy such blogs: they don't have a topic. Mixed posts about internet marketing, about cars, about women, etc.

If you think they are not big threat to you, there's no necessity for you to spend precious time on it.Or you should
contact their hosting provider to solve this as soon as possible.Since they stole your materials,it means that you
    did a good job.Come on.

If they're taking all of your content you can always put a few links back to your site in the content and see if that stays... then you'll have a link back anyway.

I learned the hard way that content can only be protected by copyright, and that just allows you to sue thiefs. A far larger problem, in my experience, is people who run robot hijackers to steal traffic, propagate malware, or trash sites. I now place all my pages inside Wordpress and make the security harder than standard. Read more at http://securehtmlpagesinwordpresscms.com/

I highly agree with you. The Web Host should be contacted and the website should be shut down immediately. This is because, if the site is up for more time and your articles are index first on that website than yours; than you can get a Duplicate Content Penalty.
