I need someone that can customize 2 forms for me. I have the codes for both forms, but want to modify them so that they blend in with my website. I also have the sample how I want them to look. I can pay $10 for simple customization for both forms or $10 each form if you can customize them to fit my needs. Up to $20 for both. Please only contact me if you can do it within a couple hours.
