I have problems with google stats,

i've tried putting this on different sites etc... i can get google to verify it has been added but once i go back into my account again, i get google sayin cannot verify that code is added,

this happens everytime, just got fed up of this now!

i add the code to every page, i've used plugins in wordpress to try and get it to work!

can anyone give me any clues to what i'm doing wrong?

    Thanks

if you are using wordpress then you have to install google analytics plugin, if you are talking about website then you have to put analytics code in to footer of body on each and every page which you want to get stats.

Analytics code is vissible in your analytics account after a day after inclusion in website. You must wait a day to see the results...

Are you sure you're pasting it in the right place? It has to be in the code of the page itself.

    Hello,

If you are using a CMS or a blogging system you need to put the analytics code
in to the index of the template and not at any page.
The template is the only script that loads for EVERY page.

Find the </body> tag in the index.html or .php (depends) of your template and put the code there.

    To your success!
