    I have no idea to run php in xamps please tell me process.

    Go here Download and install the latest Xampp version.

    Then open it and goto the explore files link, and save your php files in the htdocs folder
    Open your browser, type localhost

    Edit:
    Or did you mean xml + apache + mysql + php?

    well in your xampp folder there is a htdocs u put the index file there.. just go to http://localhost and u can access the file out there

    well in your xampp folder there is a htdocs you put the index file there.. just go to http://localhost and u can access the file out there ..before that you have to start the apache server
