I agree with you.. but for someone who is probably going to receive the occasional $20-$40 those fees are rather high.

Is it better to get HSBC Card and withdraw from bank, I really didn't try it or know the fees to withdraw worldwide.

The purpose to withdrawal worldwide. and transfer from any ACH Bank Transfer like PayPal or others that support ACH Deposit.

Right now payoneer has a new payment-fee structure. Although there are much higher fees maybe somewhere, payoneer card IS expensive. They charge 1% of all loaded money to payoneer card, so... If get 5k in paypal sales monthly and withdraw them all to the card, I pay annually:

    $20 - V bank account
    1% off my 60k - $600
    $3 monthly maintenance x12 - $36
3,5% off all transactions outside the US - $2100 (and in order to avail of the funds I need to make "transactions").

That's excluding ATM fee, which is a few bucks per transaction AND excluding the fact that the foreign conversion rate they use is significantly lower (sometimes) than the actual dollar rate.

about 2800$ a year just for having a convenient and easy to use card is, quite frankly -- a lion's share. when payoneer just started they had, I think, smaller fees. So for me, as a small marketer, paying 3,4% paypal fees, than 4,5% payoneer fees comes down to a great deal of money I "simply" lose without even feeling and while I can't really do much about paypal, at least finding a prepaid card that won't rip you off will be a great idea. My solution was to switch to checks sent by mail instead off paypal payments, which takes forever to clear, but at least I skip fees and pay just pay one time check deposit fee in my bank.

currently, payoneer's advantage over all the other cards is that they provide virtual bank account, which allows people in the non-paypal supported countries to withdraw money using ACH as if they were US residents.

Right now I have a huge problem with payoneer, as I withdrawn $1400 9 days ago and the funds didn't make it to the card balance, exactly now when I need these funds, I am not the only one and I noticed in the forum that a few other people are having the same problem. No response from support ticked submitted over 48 hours ago, online chat guy just said "they will investigate" and forum admin promised to sort it asap, yesterday morning.

I stumbled upon this thread actually searching Google for "payoneer alternatives". I told myself that I will ignore the fees as long as it's such a perfect service, but it turns out that it's not.

But keep in mind Payoneer is one of very few providers which offer US bank accounts. It might be a great benefit for people outside US

Hi - Yes there are a lot of alternatives to the payoneer card. It just depends on what suits you. Payoneer are generally a lot slower to approve their cards, but there are some companies that sort it out very quickly.

I actually wrote about this issue on my site after being faced with the same problem.

I like Payoneer better personally. I think Digital Point should look into getting there own custom card that we all can apply for.

Would you be kind enough as to furnish me with a list of sites that you know that offer the Payoneer Mastercard? I already know of Plimus and 2CheckOut.
    Thanks
