Selling Freebies, Tricks, Hacks forum + Arcade Portal - Good Revenue

Ive relisted this to make it a cleaner ad.

Im looking at selling my forum & arcade portal site.

The forum is a phpbb forum with some modifications including:

a shoutbox - modded so when a new topic is made it is displayed as a status message
Some other little mods like making links open in new window etc etc.
Arcade Portal with 58 games installed. There are over 7000 games which can be installed directly through the forums cpanel

Stats have gone down due to the fact i dont have time to update the forum anymore however that hasnt affected revenue as the site continues
to make $5+ per day through 5mins of free classifed advertising.

The site generates its revenue through free sign-up offers etc. Prob have 10 odd Affiliate accounts through 2-3 companies, details will be passed on so you can change ref links yourself.

2 domains, co.uk and .com extension, both have 21 months left before expiring
