CPL program needed

    I have big sites, and i want a CPL program that pay me for singups of my users.
    I`m interesed in CPL, i want users to register only on a site(not sales) & i can earn money from it.

    There are many different types out there depending on your niche, just make sure you do research and make sure they are reputable and pay.

    how extensive is you sign up process? would a page of simple opt ins ruin the user experience?

    Any programs, i try cpalead, but surveys only for USA...:(
