We have all these moms wining money online. I know a few sucessful blogs owned by women. Maybe she will just ask

    - Webmaster? Could you be more specific? Are you a programmer? A web designer? Do you do search engine optimization? All of the above?

But she could also be blond... I guess that a quick reference to the $ part of working online can make her understand the importance of your job...

    - I win money online.

Woman react positively to success. It's genetic. They have to find a mate to take care of their children. And they are programmed to search for a sucessful mate.

Me : I thought it was self explanatory, I am the master of the web, all things come to me first for approval. If you ever need a website permit it would help to be friends with me.
    Female: Oh rly?

I am a female, and I don't think that by asking what you mean, that this means you cannot explain yourself. if she is showing interest in what you do, then that is good; however if she is actually able to contribute to the conversation as you are explaining, then you can in fact explain it to her.

I market articles, build websites, write books, and all kinds of other things- and I find that almost all of the guys I speak with have no idea what I am doing, and are always asking me how I do it; because they also want to get into it.

I think it runs both ways- you cannot expect every person on the planet to know everything about your job, what it is etc... as there are so many jobs out there. Likewise, you cannot expect them to even be interesting in knowing what your job is- as it appeals to you, not them.

"I make websites, and keep them running". Most people can at least grasp that.
